  2. SolarTotal technician on site within 48 hours and reparation of the system within 7 working days
  3. When system is not fully operational within this period SolarTotal will compensate for lost electricity production
  4. 20 years warranty on the functionality of the PV system
  5. Direct replacement of components if damaged by fire, weather, theft etc.
